you need to add golf flexibility to your golf practice.
Try this golf flexibility exercise to improve your backswing and follow through for a smoother delivery and effortless power.
Couple of keys to keep in mind:
- 1. Keep your back completely flat
2. Don’t let your knees extend or straighten. Keep them bent…if you are not able to keep them bent, your hamstrings are very tight
and are hurting your backswing.
Bonus tip: if you have trouble keeping your head still in your backswing, try this exercise with your head against the wall (with a towel between).
